What is being examined
Noise
Kart engines, tyre screech, whistles and event activity can be audible from surrounding homes.
Lighting
Large floodlight pylons illuminate the karting site after dark and are visible from surrounding properties.
Operating conditions
AAU/MA/04/18 contains specific kart track operating periods. Residents are seeking consistent enforcement and clarification of related environmental conditions.
